We are representing a large multi-media company located near Boston that's is looking for a Java Developer. This company is a spin-off of a well-known organization and is now independent and trading on the NYSE. They are the official provider of an online search-engine and directory.

One of the engineering teams is looking for a Java Developer with experience ranging from a 3 to 10 years of experience to do middle-tier and server-side development. They are looking for a motivated leader who works well with others and is ready to take ownership of a project. This Java Developer will be working in the team that's building applications to eventually generate most of the revenue for the company. These applications are in the area of map-based search, wireless application and video portal development. This position do not require you to have worked in this type of environment before since they are willing to teach you how to use wireless and video portal development. The other technologies that they use are JavaScript, AJAX, JSF/JSP, Tomcat, Spring, MySQL, Oracle and Virtual Earth.

Further, the ideal Java Developer will have strong verbal and written communication skills, will be a true team player with a commitment to success, and will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing development environment
