A Chelmsford IT financial consulting company is seeking a C# or VB.NET Senior Software Engineer to be a developer as well as lead a team of 10-15 people.

They are seeking a highly motivated C# or VB.NET senior software engineer to run a team of up to 15 people, write code, and be involved in architecture, design, development, and maintenance.

A highly qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of overall development with 4 years in the .NET framework (C# or VB.NET), with a background in ASP.NET. Some strong pluses include strong knowledge with Oracle and some knowledge with Web Services (not mandatory).
